Pharmacy Exprezz.
A community pharmacy given a product experience patients can actually use, and the local search groundwork that puts it in front of Great Yarmouth at the moment someone nearby needs it.
A good pharmacy,
hard to find and hard to use
Pharmacy Exprezz serves Great Yarmouth with prescriptions, treatments, and everyday health products. Most patients arrive on a phone, often in a hurry, and the old product pages made that harder than it should be: cluttered layouts, unclear pricing, and no obvious next step.
Just as importantly, the pharmacy was not surfacing reliably when nearby people searched. Local search now has two audiences, the search engines patients have always used and the AI assistants they increasingly ask instead, and the old site was readable by neither.
Clear for patients,
legible for machines
We redesigned the product experience around the way patients actually shop: clear names, visible prices, and an obvious next step on every product, all built to work first on a phone. The before and after comparison below tells that story better than words can.
Beneath the surface, we rebuilt the site’s local search foundations. Services, products, opening hours, and location are now structured so search engines and AI assistants can read them accurately, which is what GEO means in practice: making sure the pharmacy is the answer when someone nearby asks where to go.
At the fingertips
of its town
Patients now find the pharmacy when they search nearby, land on pages that respect their time, and get to what they need in a couple of taps. The redesigned product experience and the structured local presence work together, turning searches into visits and visits into regulars.
