All prices are exclusive of VAT. Charity discount of 20% applies automatically for registered charities. Milestone billing available for startup clients. These are indicative ranges — actual pricing is always agreed in writing before any work begins.

What is always included

No hidden extras.
Ever.

Every engagement — regardless of budget tier — includes these as standard. They are not upsells. They are how we work.

Detailed project brief & scope

Written scope of work agreed before any payment — defining deliverables, timelines, revision rounds, and the exact conditions under which additional costs could arise.

No scope creep surprises

WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility

Accessibility is not an add-on at Neo Creatives. Every web build meets WCAG 2.1 AA standards as baseline — required for NHS, public sector, and education clients, and the right thing to do for everyone.

Not an upgrade — standard

Full project documentation

Technical documentation, editor guides, recorded training sessions, and admin credential handover — ensuring your team can run the thing we built without calling us for every update.

Client independence by design

SEO foundations on every build

Meta structure, schema markup, sitemap, robots.txt, and Core Web Vitals optimisation are included on every website build — not billable extras that get skipped because they weren’t explicitly in the brief.

Pricing questions

Frequently asked
pricing questions

Why are your prices higher than some agencies I’ve seen?

They may not be — but if they are, it is because we scope realistically rather than underbidding to win work and recovering margin through scope creep. The ranges above reflect what it actually costs to deliver the quality of output we are willing to put our name to. We would rather lose work than promise what we cannot deliver.

Do you offer payment plans or milestone billing?

Yes. Standard payment structure is 30% on project kick-off, 40% at the design sign-off milestone, and 30% on launch. For startup clients and charities, we offer milestone-aligned billing and, in some cases, deferred payment arrangements. These are discussed during the scoping process.

What is the charity discount and who qualifies?

Registered charities (UK Charity Commission, OSCR, or international equivalent) and Community Interest Companies (CICs) receive a 20% discount across all service lines. Simply share your registration number when enquiring and the discount is applied automatically.

What happens if we need changes outside the agreed scope?

Any changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately before any additional work begins — never surprised onto an invoice after the fact. Scope changes require written approval from both parties before being actioned.

Can I get a personalised quote rather than using these ranges?

Yes — the Request a Quote page allows you to describe your specific requirements and get a detailed, written cost estimate. There is no obligation to proceed and no sales call required before you see a number.
