It began, as most meaningful things do, with curiosity. Long before Neo Creatives had a name, our founder was drawn to the intersection of design and technology — the place where something purely functional could also be genuinely beautiful, and where the right experience at the right moment could change how someone felt about a product, a company, or even themselves.
Working from boutique agencies and alongside global enterprises from as early as 2004, the work ranged from designing interfaces for sports and entertainment personalities, to crafting digital campaigns alongside household names like ITV, Channel 5, and X-Factor at Party Gaming — later Entain. The through-line was always the same: obsessive attention to the end user and relentless pursuit of quality.
Those early years were a masterclass in range. Every project demanded a different lens — a gaming audience is not a healthcare patient is not a corporate investor. Learning to think from inside each context, rather than imposing a style onto it, became the foundation of everything that followed.

The venture into blockchain was an early signal of what was coming. In 2012, we led the design and build of one of the world’s first Bitcoin Mining-as-a-Service platforms — years before the mainstream caught up. That project, ultimately acquired by Peernova in 2014, cemented a conviction: stay close to the frontier, not to chase trends, but because the most interesting problems are always just ahead of where most people are looking.
Beginning with boutique agencies and high-profile sports and entertainment clients — developing intuitive interfaces and digital experiences that connected deeply with fan communities. Establishing the core belief that great UX begins with genuine empathy for the end user.
Developing campaigns, microsites, and brand assets alongside major broadcast partners — ITV, Channel 5, X-Factor, and Emmerdale. First experience at true enterprise scale: millions of concurrent users, tight broadcast deadlines, and the discipline of delivering high-quality creative within rigid system constraints.
A defining period of range. Building and maintaining a global content management platform for LexisNexis. Crafting user experiences on Adobe CQ5 and AEM for Allianz Insurance. And simultaneously leading the design and development of one of the world’s first Bitcoin Mining-as-a-Service platforms — acquired by Peernova in 2014.
Drawing on two decades of hard-won experience across sectors and geographies, Neo Creatives was formally established as a full-service digital transformation agency.
