Veritas.
A Sunderland services company given a full website build structured around the three things every visitor wants to know: what you do, who you are, and how to get in touch.
Every visitor asks
the same three questions
Whatever the sector, visitors to a services website want the same three answers: what do you do, who are you, and how do I reach you. Sites fail when those answers are buried under everything a business wants to say about itself.
For Veritas, we started with that discipline. The content was researched and structured around the visitor’s questions first, and everything that did not help answer them was cut or moved out of the way.
Structured for the visitor,
not the org chart
We built the full site with a clear page for each answer: services laid out plainly, an about page that introduces the people, and a contact journey with no friction. Navigation stays simple, language stays human, and every page ends with an obvious next step.
The structure also does quiet work for search, because pages organised around what people actually ask are pages search engines and AI assistants can understand and recommend.
Enquiries that arrive
better informed
Visitors find their answers quickly and arrive at the enquiry already knowing what they are asking for. The site is simple for the team to maintain, and the structure gives every future page an obvious home.
Can visitors answer
the three questions on your site?
What you do, who you are, how to reach you. If any of the three takes more than a few seconds to find, you are losing enquiries you never see. We can fix that.
